He has had the opportunity to travel overseas and has been studying English since the age of five! In his spare time he likes to play the drums, attend rock concerts and watch European football.

Cristian Funes - Housekeeper
Cristian was born in Mendoza, however he spent over seven years living and working in Orlando, Florida, before returning home in 2007. He joined us in May this year and has been instrumental in the set up of our Work the World house in Mendoza.
Christian is an avid music fan and is the first to get tickets for the latest rock, blues or jazz gigs in Mendoza (definitely the person to ask if you want any tips!). He is also a keen sportsman and enjoyed the recent World Cup, even though Argentina did not do as well as hoped.
Jesica Camargo - Caterer
Jesica was born in a small town, West of Mendoza. She originally moved to Mendoza to study Philosophy at the University years ago, but loved it so much that she decided to stay and has lived there ever since. Her love for Philosophy however was not quite the same and she quit to follow her true passion; cooking.
She has worked in a number of restaurants and 5* hotels in Mendoza, before joining Work the World in summer 2010. As well as being a culinary goddess, she has studied English language for many years, has a strong passion for music and loves to read.
Inés María Garcia Day - Spanish Teacher
The youngest of seven children, Ines is from Mendoza and enjoys spending her time sharing Argentina's culture with others - its language and traditions mostly.
Passionate about languages, Inés has studied English since the age of three and has taught in a number of language schools in Mendoza. She enjoys travel and relishes an opportunity to learn about new countries and cultures. In her spare time she enjoys reading, playing polo and is currently studying German.
