Kandy is the main centre for medicine in the region. People are referred for treatment from all around the surrounding area.

Government hospital From our base in Kandy we work with one of the largest referral teaching hospitals in the country. The busy Radiology Department has a good range of facilities by local standards, including x-ray machines, CT scanners and an ultrasound. There is also the opportunity to get involved with the provision of interventional Radiology.
