On a nursing elective in Kandy, there'll be opportunities to gain knowledge from a number of local specialists, as well as experiencing a range of different departments. In addition, you will see rare cases such as dengue fever, tuberculosis, and other conditions advanced well past what you’ll be used to. You'll also have the chance to spot jaguars and leopards on a local safari, raft down fearsome river rapid, and more. Read what our students think below!
