Yoga Courses in India

Many south Indians begin each day with an hour of yoga exercises as the sun rises. It’s a great way to wake yourself up and get your body working at the start of the day, and even over one week you start to feel the benefit.

To make it as convenient as possible for you to participate, we have an experienced yoga master come to the Work the World house every weekday morning to lead a one-hour session. Mixed ability classes are the norm for yoga, so you can join whenever you arrive and keep it up for as long as you want.
