Through partnering with a number of hospitals and clinics in the Takoradi region, we can offer a truly unique and authentic experience of Ghanaian healthcare. While on a nursing elective placement, you can expect to see a range of unusual ailments like typhoid psychosis, malaria and TB. Ghana is also a stunning place to visit, with great wild game parks, gorgeous coastlines, and incredible waterfalls to explore in your time off the wards. Read what our students think below!
