Physiotherapy is a growing discipline in Nepal. On a phsyiotherapy placement you will treat patients of all ages and from all walks of life, originating mainly from Kathmandu and nearby villages. The Orthopaedics, Neurology and ENT departments will refer most of your patients to you. Common complaints include back pains, shoulder pains etc. but the department in our partner hospital also serves as a rehabilitation centre for patients after accidents, falls, spinal injuries and more.
